GENERALLY
By purchasing in the online store, you accept these terms. The terms and conditions apply to private customers in the online store and it is a condition that you are over 18 years of age (minors must have parental approval).
PRICES
The prices are inclusive of value added tax and it will be clearly stated in the purchase process what is VAT and any other taxes.
We reserve the right for typing errors.
For deliveries outside Norway, Norwegian VAT will be deducted, but the recipient country’s own taxes and fees will apply.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible in NOK. Available payment options are credit or debit card, VIPPS or Bambora invoice / partial payment. The payment is deducted when the order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot accept gift vouchers, vouchers, cash or checks as payment in the online shop.
RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS
After you have received the package/products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity and within a reasonable time, check whether you have received what you have actually ordered, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products otherwise have faults or are missing. Contact us if something is wrong and we will find the best solution!
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
If an item is faulty or missing, you can either demand redelivery, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint deadline is normally 2 years after you received the item. If the item is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, the complaint period is extended to 5 years. In order to enforce a defect, we must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act (Consumer Purchase Act). In case of any disputes, KIBO Norway AS follows the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee. Our guarantees do not imply any restrictions on the complaint deadline for goods according to the Consumer Purchase Act. If the products are faulty or missing, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand the rectification of the fault, the redelivery of a new equivalent product or the cancellation of the purchase. KIBO Norway AS can always demand that the purchase be canceled, rather than error correction or redelivery. The error must be present when you receive the products in your possession. Notification of errors and defects in the products must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or defect. The right to complaint is in addition to the right to cancel.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Right of Cancellation Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to all goods (excluding shipping and fees). The right of withdrawal requires that you contact us by e-mail post@kibonorway.no no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery, and let us know that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. You can see the return address at the top of this page. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be in the condition you received it. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packed for return transport. If parts of an order are returned, the price of the products to which this applies is refunded. The refund must take place within fourteen days after we receive the product in return.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
KIBO Norway AS ensures that all products are carefully checked and quality assured before they are sent to our customers. The customer is always responsible for inspecting the goods on receipt. If the item is defective, or items are missing, you can request a new delivery within 2 years from the order date. The fault must have existed when the products came into your possession. The customer must notify KIBO Norway AS in writing within 10 DAYS after receiving the goods. The claim can be made to e-mail post@kibonorway.no. Please include your order reference number in the subject line.
If the damaged item accompanied an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.
We will return your money as soon as possible. Always save the receipt. The funds will be returned to your account according to the original payment method.
FREIGHT
When the order has been completed, received and accepted, we roll up our sleeves and get to work at our warehouse in Spikkestad. We aim to ship within 1 to 3 days if the item is in stock. If what you ordered is not in stock, we will of course contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for you.
For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day. Holidays and peak sales times may change the delivery deadline.
